As promised, this was the conclusion of the chocolate truffles and plated desserts. We also made vanilla flavored truffles, but I didn’t get any great pictures of those.
Earl Grey dark chocolate ganache center enrobed in milk chocolate and decorated with dark chocolate. I think these turned out so pretty!
In plated desserts we created a caramel gelato and liquid center chocolate cake with tuile decorations. It was sort of like the Molten Lava Cake at Chili’s except delicious.
